Redirección de HTTP a HTTPS

Por qué importa

If http:// does not redirect to https://, two versions of the site exist and visitors may land on the insecure one.

Cómo solucionarlo

1. Add a permanent 301 redirect from every http:// URL to its https:// version.
2. Enable HSTS once the redirect works everywhere.
