Why it matters

The H1 is the main visible heading of the page. It tells visitors and search engines what the page is about at a glance.

How to fix it

1. Use exactly one H1 per page that describes its main topic.
2. Keep it close to the title tag in meaning, but write it for readers.
3. Do not hide the H1 or use it for the logo on every page.
