Frequently asked questions
What is the best og:image size?
1200 × 630 pixels (1.91:1) works across networks. Keep it under 5 MB and avoid tiny text.
Do I need both Open Graph and Twitter tags?
X falls back to Open Graph for title, description and image, so at minimum add twitter:card to choose the large image layout.
Why is my preview not updating?
Networks cache previews. Use Facebook’s Sharing Debugger or LinkedIn’s Post Inspector to refresh them.
