What to do if a website is down only for you
- Reload the page with Ctrl + F5 (or Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac) to skip your browser cache.
- Try another browser, or your phone on mobile data instead of Wi‑Fi.
- Restart your router, or switch your DNS to a public resolver such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8.
- Turn off VPNs, proxies and browser extensions that block content.
