Is chatgpt.com down for everyone or just me?
Our server checks chatgpt.com directly. If our check says it is up but it does not load for you, the problem is probably on your side: your internet connection, DNS cache, browser or a VPN. If our check fails too, the website itself is having problems.
What to do if it does not load for you
- Reload the page with Ctrl + F5 (or Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac) to skip your browser cache.
- Try another browser, or your phone on mobile data instead of Wi‑Fi.
- Restart your router, or switch your DNS to a public resolver such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8.
- Turn off VPNs, proxies and browser extensions that block content.
